Puzzle Swap
Calling all puzzle lovers, Zionsville Puzzle Swap is now a part of Winterfest! This fun event returns for it's third year with some new surprises. In celebration of National Puzzle Day you are invited to bring gently used puzzles to Zionsville Town Hall between January 2 and 23. Then return to Town Hall on Saturday, January 25 to choose a new one. 

Last year over 1,000 puzzles were swapped in 2 hours!

Puzzle Swap Rules:
  • Puzzles can be any size but must be in their original box or tin, we will not accept puzzles in plastic bags.
  • All pieces must be accounted for, no puzzles with missing pieces will be accepted. 
  • Puzzles must be in good condition and no older than 15 years.
  • No puzzles accepted outside of normal Town Hall business hours or after January 23. Town Hall is open 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
  • No puzzles accepted day of the swap.
  • No puzzles with profanity, nudity or drug or alcohol paraphernalia will be accepted.
  • No wooden baby or toddler puzzles will be accepted.
  • You will receive 1 ticket for every puzzle you bring. Max of 10 puzzles per person. You MUST have your tickets to gain entry into the swap. 
  • Zionsville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to keep, donate or destroy any puzzles that do not follow guidelines listed above or are not swapped by the end of the program on January 25.
  • Town Hall will be closed January 1 and 20 for holidays.

Early Bird Tickets

New this year! Want a chance to have first look at the puzzles and shop in a relaxed atmosphere? We will have a limited number of Early Bird Access Tickets available for the swap. Early Birds get a chance to shop first from 8:30 - 9:00 am when the event opens to the rest of ticket holders. Coffee and donuts will be provided to our early shoppers. Don't forget you still need your puzzle tickets to shop. Early Bird Tickets go on sale January 2.

Puzzle Swap Tips
  • Puzzles are arranged via size with the smaller puzzles located in the front of the room, larger piece puzzles are towards the back.
  • We recommend that you bring reusable bags to carry home your treasures in (some bags or boxes may be available)
  • Specialty puzzles and multi puzzle packs will be on their own table.
  • 1 ticket = 1 puzzle (boxes with multiple puzzles included are treated as 1)
  • If you do not use all of your tickets you are welcome to donate your tickets to others. Max 10 tickets per person.
  • We do ask that you do not hoard puzzles. Puzzles left unattended may be put back on the table by swap volunteers. We want everyone to have an equal and enjoyable experience.
