Open-Air Maker's Market Vendor Registration
We welcome local makers, crafters and artists to join us for the Zionsville Open-Air Maker's Market along Zionsville brick Main Street. The market continues to grow with more vendors, activities and holiday shopping experiences with more than 2,200 shoppers in 2025.
Our goal is to provide a shopping experience to the community, while supporting local Indiana businesses. We seek makers, crafters and artists who source US materials where possible, and have played a substantial role in transforming raw materials into the final product. Vendors keep 100% of their sales.
We DO NOT accept the following vendors:
Multi-level marketing or direct sales vendors
Contractors or companies selling building materials or services
Businesses offering paid services only ie. Dr offices, cleaning services, pest removal, etc.
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your application request. You will receive an email upon approval. Payment through MyRec is due within 2 business days from approval to hold your spot.
Vendor Registration Closes November 23 - Or when all spaces are filled
Vendor Requirements:
Vendors supply their own products, required tables, chairs, displays and bags.
There are no electrical hookups available Your products
No propane or gas heaters or generators allowed - if you require a generator for your product please reach out to our Department
NEW THIS YEAR Certificate of Insurance COI: ALL vendors must have at least a $500K General Liability Policy and provide a COI that lists the Zionsville Board of Parks and Recreation, and Town of Zionsville both as additionally insured for the date of the market. Address for both is 1100 W Oak St, Zionsville, IN, 46077. That certificate must be provided to the department 1 week before the event date to keep your booth space.
Vendors selling ANY prepackaged/premade food products: Per Indiana Law, must comply with all HBV laws and submit a valid ANSI-accredited food handler certificate (such as ServSafe) or current Health Department Permit to the Department within 2 business days of application approval. This includes for all baked goods, canned products, honey, candy, etc.
Food trucks and made to order food vendors must contact the Zionsville Parks Department at recreation@zionsville-in.gov as Food Truck locations are limited.
Vendors Reserving a Tent Space MUST Provide:
Canopy no larger than 10'x10' with canopy weights that follow guidelines set forth by the Zionsville Fire Department No tents or canopies are not allowed in tent free spots due to fire code.
