PEEPs - May PEEPs Welcome to our new preschool environmental education program series (PEEPs)! This monthly program offers an opportunity for preschool-aged kids to discover nature through hands-on, educational activities. PEEPs will encourage outdoor exploration that supports child development, grows independence and confidence, and helps children build a relationship with the natural world. Younger siblings are welcome to attend, but activities will be geared towards ages 4 – 6. Parents/Adults are required to stay

Indiana Master Naturalist - Indiana Master Naturalist 2024 The Indiana Master Naturalist (IMN) program provides hands-on opportunities to learn about Indiana’s natural resources. Adult learners will gain an understanding of Indiana's plants, waters, soils, wildlife, and other topics. The program provides a way for you to share knowledge, along with your life experiences, through volunteer services.
The program includes 24 hours of class time.
To receive IMN certificate and pin, 24 hours of volunteering must be completed within one year of taking the class. Volunteer opportunities will be available during the course.
This program meets every other Thursday February 15 - May 23
80% of the class hours must be attended to receive credit.

The goal of Zionsville Nature Play Days is to get kids outside and remind families that play is important and can happen close to home. Zionsville Parks and Recreation and its community partners offer free nature, cultural, art and recreational programs during this 10-day long event. Zionsville Nature Play Days is in partnership with Indiana Children and Nature Network.
