Molly joined Zionsville Parks as a Naturalist in 2021. She graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Biology in 2016. After college, Molly worked as a Naturalist with the National Audubon Society, Indiana State Parks, and Eagle Creek Park. She loves sharing her passion of the outdoors and animals with people of all ages. In her free time, Molly loves to create art, backpack and take wildlife photography.

Siera joined the Zionsville Parks & Recreation team as a Naturalist in 2021. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Marian University. She spent her college years conducting field research on Eastern Box Turtles and playing soccer. Siera has been a nature lover since she was a young girl and uses this passion in her career. She enjoys connecting the community to their local environment and providing nature-based education that is accessible to all. In her free time, Siera enjoys trail running, hiking, and spending time with her dogs.

Rachel has been a Naturalist with Zionsville Parks & Recreation since October 2019. She has a BS in Outdoor Recreation and Resource Management from Indiana University and an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Chaminade University. She has spent her career working in parks, nature centers, and nonprofits across the country, and has a passion for connecting people to their local ecosystems. She lives in Zionsville with her husband and two kids. In her free time, you can find Rachel birding, paddling, and biking.
